What does an external CMO do for a business?

An external CMO acts as the business’s extended marketing arm without requiring a full internal department. Xleos learns the business from its founders or heads, sets the direction, and connects the website, content, paid advertising, creative production, and publishing around the same commercial context. Leadership remains involved in important judgement and approvals, while Xleos manages the recurring system, coordination, quality control, and refinement that would otherwise require several separate vendors.

Does Xleos build custom websites with SEO included?

Yes. Xleos designs and develops custom websites around the business, its customers, and the searches that lead buyers to it. Discovery, information architecture, technical SEO, conversion copy, responsive design, performance, analytics, and development are planned together. The aim is a credible digital foundation that supports both organic discovery and every later marketing campaign, rather than a template that looks polished but does not explain the business or help the right audience take action.

Who controls the website code, domain, and hosting?

The website is built for the client’s business, not as a dependency on Xleos. Deployment and agreed integrations are organised around client-controlled accounts, and the project includes a practical handover of the codebase and operating access. This keeps ownership and future choice with the business. If Xleos is asked to support later improvements, that work can be agreed separately based on what the website actually needs rather than an automatic maintenance arrangement.

Can Xleos manage organic content and paid advertising together?

Yes. Organic content, paid media, and the website work best when they share the same positioning, audience understanding, and conversion path. Xleos can connect editorial planning and platform publishing with Google Ads, paid social campaigns, creative variants, landing pages, tracking, and optimisation. The exact channel mix depends on the business and its buyers. The focus is qualified reach and useful commercial response, not being present on every platform or reporting attention without context.
