This Privacy Policy applies to xleos.com and to communications sent to Xleos through the website or by email. Xleos is a Sage Tech Labs company and is operated as part of Sage Tech Labs. In this policy, “Xleos”, “Sage”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Xleos and Sage Tech Labs as applicable.

This policy explains what information may be handled, why it may be used, and the choices available to you.

We may receive information that you choose to provide when you contact us, including:

• Your name and work email address.
• Your company or organisation name.
• The contents of your message, enquiry, brief, or other correspondence.
• Information shared during later business conversations or project discussions.

Our hosting and security infrastructure may also generate limited technical records, such as an IP address, browser or device information, request time, pages requested, and error or security logs.

The public website does not ask for payment card details, government identifiers, or sensitive personal data. Please do not include such information in an initial enquiry.

The Xleos contact and submission experience is currently being developed. At present, the enquiry interface prepares an email on your device. The details entered are not submitted to an Xleos website database through that interface. We receive them only if you choose to send the prepared email.

If a hosted submission form is introduced later, this policy will be updated where necessary. Information submitted through that form will be used for the purpose described at the point of collection and handled in line with this policy.

We may use information we receive to:

• Respond to enquiries and understand what you want Xleos to help with.
• Prepare proposals, continue business discussions, and manage client relationships.
• Deliver agreed services and communicate about active work.
• Maintain the security, reliability, and performance of our website and communications.
• Meet legal, accounting, regulatory, or dispute resolution requirements.

We use personal information only where we have a valid reason to do so, such as your consent, steps requested before entering an engagement, performance of an agreement, legal obligations, or legitimate business needs that do not override your rights.

Xleos does not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, behavioural advertising pixels, or marketing profiles on the public website. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous, aggregated page-view statistics and Vercel Speed Insights for anonymous real-world performance measurements.

Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies to identify visitors across websites. Analytics data may include page path, timestamp, referrer, general location, device, browser, and operating system information. Speed Insights may record page performance metrics and related technical context. Neither tool is intended to identify an individual or associate data with an IP address.

Xleos strips query strings and URL fragments before Analytics and Speed Insights events are sent. Enquiry form values are not sent as Analytics events. Read our Cookie Policy for the complete current list of website measurement technologies and available choices.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share limited information:

• Within the Xleos and Sage Tech Labs team when needed to respond or deliver work.
• With providers supporting email, hosting, website analytics, performance measurement, security, storage, or other business systems.
• With professional advisers where reasonably necessary.
• With authorities or other parties when required by law or needed to protect legal rights and security.

Providers are expected to handle information only for the services they provide and subject to appropriate safeguards.

We retain personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was received, an ongoing business relationship, record keeping, or applicable legal requirements. Retention periods may differ depending on the nature of the information and the engagement.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Some technology providers may process information from locations outside India. Where this occurs, we seek to use providers and contractual arrangements appropriate to the information involved and applicable legal requirements.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold personal information about you, request access or correction, request erasure, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance about our handling of your information.

The Xleos website and services are intended for businesses and professional audiences. They are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the public website.
