What happens during Xleos discovery?

Discovery is a structured transfer of business knowledge, not a generic brand questionnaire. Xleos learns the company identity, products or services, customer types, buying objections, proof, commercial priorities, and operational details that affect a buyer’s decision. Depending on the business, this can include specifications, certifications, sourcing, lead times, minimum order quantities, and fulfilment. The result becomes the reference point for positioning, website structure, content, campaigns, and later creative decisions.

What does Learn, Build, Run, Refine mean?

Learn captures the knowledge held by leadership. Build turns it into positioning, website architecture, copy, design, and the digital foundation. Run establishes the content, campaign, creative, and publishing system. Refine applies ongoing marketing judgement by reviewing response, improving priorities, and keeping the public presence aligned with the business. The four stages are connected so that execution does not lose the context established at the beginning.

How are decisions and approvals managed?

Xleos keeps leadership involved where business judgement, brand direction, or commercial risk requires it. Routine production decisions are handled within the agreed strategy and operating standards. This creates a clear approval rhythm without asking founders to brief every contributor or supervise every post, page, and campaign. The exact workflow is shaped around the team, but ownership stays visible so work does not stall between disconnected vendors.
